Denterx etchinggel is a polymer thickened gel for use on enamel and dentin.This gel willeffectively treat enamel and dentin, producing the necessary microretentivesurface for successfulbonding. The polymer thickener creates thixotropicproperties, enhancing handling characteristics. The etchant rinse away cleanlyand quickly, leaving no residue.Packages: Refill:5 ml/syringe, Instruction X1Indications:Treatdentin and enamel, Treating agent on dental restorative material.1. Isolate toothand then prepare the cavity in a conservative manner. clean the entire surfacewith a slurry ofpumice and water.2. Apply etchantusing a tip, a disposable syringe tip, or disposable brush tip. allow etchantto remain in palce for 15seconds. etching time should be monitored with astopwatch. begin timing at the end of application.Option: placeetchant enamel first, then proceed to cover dentin, for a slightly longerenamel etching time.3. Rinsethoroughly (at least 5 seconds) to completely remover all traces of etchant.4. Remove excesmoisture from the tooth and proceed with the applicaton of etching gel, waitingfor 10 seconds,then rise thoroughly. then apply adhesive
