Book has 215 pages plus some follow-on pages additional Grosset & Dunlap publications for children. Normal wear on the cover and spine - nothing excessive. There is an inscription on the dedication page, written in ink, noting that this book was given as a Christmas present to the original owner in 1937. No addition marks, tears or stains were noted. We noticed one bent corner.
